Ms. DAI Qian (戴倩), aged 38, is the General Manager of the human resources division. Ms. Dai joined the Group in June 1997. Ms. Dai is primarily responsible for establishing and improving the strategic human resources system, employee cultivation system, compensation and benefit system, and personnel administration and management. She has more than ten years of experience in human resources management and administration. Ms. Dai holds a bachelor's degree from Beijing University of Science and Technology (北京科技大學) and a master's degree in business management from Renmin University of China (中國人民大學).
